Friday night…
For some people, that means happy hour…
For us?
It might mean hanging upside down or dancing, and always a good playlist, with a room full of amazing women!
And honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way.
This September, Friday evening classes are returning to Flow Fitness Boutique, and we’re pretty excited about having another way to kick off the weekend together.
Your Friday Night Plans Can Include a Workout
By the time Friday rolls around, it’s easy to convince yourself that you’ll start fresh on Monday.
But there’s something pretty great about ending the workweek by moving your body instead.
Not because you have to.
Not to “make up” for anything you plan to eat or drink over the weekend.
Simply because spending an hour doing something that makes you feel good is a pretty fantastic way to transition out of workweek mode.
Turn up the music. Move. Laugh. Sweat.
Then go enjoy your weekend.
It’s Basically Girls’ Night
One of our favorite parts of group fitness has very little to do with exercise.
It’s the women next to you.
The friend who talks you into coming when you’d rather stay home.
The instructor who knows your name.
The conversations before class.
The laughing when nobody quite knows what they’re doing.
The post-class “Okay, I’m really glad I came.”
Put all of that together on a Friday evening and, well…
It’s basically girls’ night—with a workout thrown in. 😉
Empower Flow
Every Friday evening begins at 5:30 PM with Empower Flow.
It’s your chance to shake off the week, move your body and head into the weekend feeling accomplished & empowered!
Check out Something Different
At 6:45 PM, Friday nights rotate between two very different Flow experiences.
1st + 3rd Fridays: Aerial Flow ✨
Take your workout off the mat and into the air. Aerial gives you the chance to move, stretch and experience something you definitely won’t find in the average Friday-night routine.
2nd + 4th Fridays: WERQ 💃
Turn up the music and dance your way into the weekend with a high-energy cardio dance workout that feels a whole lot more like a party than exercise.
Two completely different vibes.
Both very Flow.
Fitness Can Be Part of the Fun
We talk a lot about making fitness a sustainable part of life.
But sustainable doesn’t have to mean serious.
Sometimes it means finding a place where you genuinely have fun.
Sometimes it means meeting a friend for class instead of meeting her for coffee.
Sometimes it means dancing on a Friday night.
And sometimes it means hanging upside down 🙃
Friday nights at Flow are back this September, and we can’t wait to spend them with you 🤍
Check out our class schedule, grab your favorite Flow girl, and make some Friday night plans.
