Our Little Angels Club offers supervised, on-site childcare during select class times for just $1 per hour, making it easier to fit your workout into real life.

Flow Fitness Boutique is also a Christian fitness studio in Riverview, FL, and our faith is part of who we are.
That doesn’t mean every Flow class is a faith-based class. Our regular schedule includes everything from strength and Pilates to cardio and dance.
But for women looking specifically for Christian fitness classes, we also offer WorshipFLOW—movement set to worship music with an emphasis on presence over perfection, prayer, connection and fixing our eyes on Jesus.
