Step + Box 10:00a - 10:30a

Step is a full-body workout that incorporates the step, weights, & sections of cardio including “classic” step moves, along with a fresh take, to the beat of music.


Box combines music-driven kickboxing movements along with glove and heavy bag work for an amazingly fun cardio experience!


Fitness-focused with restorative undertones, WARRIOR Rhythm increases strength, flexibility, and balance through movement and musical motivation.

Camp + Pump 11:30AM - 12:00PM

Camp works on technique & builds strength in this unique muscle-building & toning class.


Pump will focus on each major muscle group through “choreographed strength training”: Lifting to the beat of the music.

Aerial Pilates 12:15PM - 12:45PM

The best of pilates, with the added benefit of the trapeze! Aerial Pilates is a low-intensity muscle-strengthening workout focusing on building strong core muscles. This class will promote flexibility, mobility, and posture. Inversions will be offered but not required.
