At Flow, we offer everything from weight lifting classes to aerial classes, so you can always find something that fits your mood, energy level, and fitness goals.

STRENGTH CARDIO FLEXIBILITY
Lift
Lift is designed to help build muscle while focusing on technique and functionality.
Each Lift instructor will provide a unique experience that will keep your muscles guessing and enhance your everyday strength.
Pump
Improve strength and endurance in this unique weight-based class!
Pump will focus on each major muscle group through “choreographed strength training”: Lifting to the beat of the music.
Step
Step is a cardio class incorporating an aerobics “step” to increase intensity. An upgrade on traditional step aerobics, includes routines *choreographed* to amazing music that will make you excited to move, alternating with segments of HIIT-style step movements.
*Choreographed movements can be more challenging to modify for beginners*
Box
Box combines music-driven kickboxing movements along with glove and heavy bag work for an amazingly fun cardio experience!
Bounce
Experience all of the amazing health benefits Rebounding has to offer…
Stimulates the lymphatic system, improves balance, coordination and overall motor skills, supports bone density, bone strength, and bone formation, while decreasing bone resorption. Also supports pelvic floor health, all while getting an AMAZING workout!

HIIT
High-Intensity Interval Training alternates short, intense bursts of exercise with brief recovery periods to provide you with a quick, but highly effective cardiovascular workout.
Flow
Flow is our yoga-style class using restorative movements while focusing on alignment and engagement. The class consists of transitioning through flow positions in order to build overall body strength, with a focus on the core, increasing balance, and optimizing flexibility. In addition to a great workout, students will leave feeling stretched and refreshed.
Aerial Pilates
The best of pilates, with the added benefit of the trapeze! Aerial Pilates is a low-intensity muscle-strengthening workout that focuses heavily on building strong core muscles. This class will promote flexibility, mobility, and posture. Inversions will be offered but not required.

WARRIOR Rhythm
Fitness-focused with yoga-style undertones, WARRIOR Rhythm increases strength, flexibility, and balance through movement and musical motivation.
Aerial Flow
Aerial utilizes the trapeze as a tool to assist with balance and deepening of stretches. You will learn both the basics and occasionally some fun tricks in this amazingly restorative class, fun & entertaining class. Inversions will be offered but not required, so don’t be scared away!

Experience the perfect blend of barre (ballet-inspired fitness) and mat pilates in our dynamic Barrelattes class. This unique fusion workout is designed to strengthen and tone your entire body while improving flexibility, balance, and core stability.
WorshipFLOW
Fusing worship and movement, WorshipFLOW is a new way to connect body, soul & spirit in a dynamic, but gentle fitness experience.
You will be led through a simple series of movements, choreographed to worship, designed to promote freedom & flexibility.
