It’s not just for fun (though that’s a big part of it!), it’s because variety in your workout routine is one of the keys to long-term success.

Prevents Plateaus: Changing up your routine challenges different muscle groups and keeps your body guessing, which prevents plateaus.

At Flow, we offer everything from weight lifting classes to aerial classes, so you can always find something that fits your mood, energy level, and fitness goals.

STRENGTH CARDIO FLEXIBILITY COMBO
Lift is a strength-focused class designed to build muscle, improve technique, and boost functional movement. Each instructor brings their own style, keeping your workouts fresh and your muscles challenged so you get stronger, more capable, and ready for whatever life throws your way.
BOX
WERQ
WERQ is a high-energy, dance-based cardio fitness class set to popular pop, rock, and hip-hop music. Designed for all dance levels, it blends athletic moves with fresh routines to improve cardiovascular health, boost mood, and offer a full-body workout. Classes are judgment-free, focusing on fun, expression, and high-intensity, sweaty movement.
ZUMBA
Zumba is a fun, full-body cardio workout that combines upbeat music with rhythmic, easy-to-follow dance moves. Expect a heart-pumping sweat session that improves coordination, stamina, and confidence- all while having a blast.
MAT PILATES
A low-impact, core-focused strength class using controlled, intentional movements (and occasionally light props) to build deep core strength, improve posture, and strengthen your glutes, hips, and back. Expect a steady burn, with modifications for all levels.
Stretch Flow is a calming, feel-good class focused on stretching, breath, and gentle movement to improve flexibility and reduce stress. We end with optional aerial inversions for those who want a deeper stretch and decompression experience.
If aerial isn’t your thing, don’t worry, you’ll have floor-based options!
PRIMAL FLOW
Primal Flow is a high-energy, music-driven class that blends core-focused strength, dynamic mobility, primal movement patterns, and bursts of cardio. Expect pulsing, stretching, and functional flow to build deep strength, elevate your heart rate, improve mobility, and reconnect you with your body’s natural movement- barefoot, gritty, and powerful.
