Looking for a fun & active event for team-building, parties, or just a fun day out? Flow now offers Private Classes of all kinds! Choose from any of our Flow 5 classes or even get a little wild with our exclusive, private Trapeze class!

• $25/per person w/ a 5 person minimum

• Includes a 45-minute class of your choosing

• + an additional 45 min. of free time for a total of 1.5 hrs

• You’re welcome to BYO snacks & drinks

• We’ll take care of clean-up 🙂 $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your time

To cancel a recurring membership, a 30-day written notice is required after your initial commitment period has been fulfilled (see terms below).

Cancellation requests must be emailed to kara@flowfitnessboutique.com.

Membership Terms

Initial Commitment Options: Month-to-Month or 3, 6, or 12-Month
Renewal: Memberships automatically continue on a month-to-month basis after the initial commitment period unless canceled with the required 30-day notice.

Early Cancellation

Early cancellation is permitted only with one of the following:

-Proof of relocation more than 10 miles from Flow Fitness Boutique

-A physician’s note stating you are medically unable to participate

Membership Freeze (Pause)

-One membership freeze of 30–90 days is permitted per 12-month period.

-If a membership is frozen before the initial commitment has been fulfilled, the length of the freeze will be added to the end of the original commitment period.
