Finding time to work out as a mom isn’t always easy- especially when childcare is the biggest barrier.

At Flow, you don’t have to choose between taking care of your family and taking care of yourself.

Our Little Angels Club offers supervised, on-site childcare during select classes, so you can focus on your workout while your little ones play nearby.

Our Little Angels Club is a safe, secure, and supervised environment where kids can play, imagine, create and relax while you achieve your fitness goals. Rest assured your kids are in good hands in our loving, family-like atmosphere.

Our Little Angels Club offers:

• 1 hour of child care for as little as $1

• Clean and Sanitary Environment

• Age-appropriate toys and activities

• Friendly First Aid/CPR Certified Staff

• Small Class Size (max 8)

Head to your Mindbody app or class schedule via our website or mobile app and find the class you’d like to take. Just before your class start time, you’ll find our Little Angels Club. Click on it and choose “book for” each child into Little Angel’s Club.

There are only 8 spots available in each class on a first come first serve basis.

We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes prior to your class time in order to properly check-in and situate your kids in our Little Angels Club.
