Private Classes at Flow

Looking for a fun & active event for team-building, parties, or just a fun day out? Flow now offers Private Classes of all kinds! Choose from any of our Flow 5 classes or even get a little wild with our exclusive, private Trapeze class!

• $25/per person w/ a 5 person minimum
• Includes a 45-minute class of your choosing
• + an additional 45 min. of free time for a total of 1.5 hrs
• You’re welcome to BYO snacks & drinks
• We’ll take care of clean-up 🙂
• $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your time

Cancellation & Freeze Requests

Please first reference your agreement (or the below copied segments), accepted when initial membership was started.

2b. Flow Star Membership: This is a commitment membership (the “Flow Star Membership”), commencing on the day the first payment is made, and ending 3, 6, or 12 months after the initial payment. The member shall pay $129, $139, or $149, depending on the chosen commitment, per month to Flow each month for the chosen commitment time via GloFox (as outlined below). Provided that Member is not in default of this agreement and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the membership will automatically renew at the current rate. The renewal term will be month-to-month, after initial commitment, with a 30-day notice to cancel. Member agrees that if Member fails to use Flow facilities that shall not release the Member from the obligation to make all payments required by the terms of this Agreement.

*Flow allows for early cancellations for:

• Moves out of a 10-mile radius, with proof of address change.
• Medical reasons, with a doctor’s note.

In the event of an above situation, a 30-day notice would still apply.

2c. Month-to-Month Membership: Members will pay per month via GloFox for the length of time chosen by the member. Provided that Member is not in default of this agreement and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the membership will automatically renew at the current rate. Renewal terms may be canceled at any time provided a 30-day written notice is emailed to kara@flowfitnessboutique.com. Member agrees that if Member fails to use Flow facilities that shall not release the Member from the obligation to make all payments required by the terms of this Agreement.

7. Membership Freeze Policy – If Member has a recurring Membership, Member may freeze time on the membership for a medical reason. Freezes can be from 30 to 90 days at a time. Flow may ask for documentation to verify Member’s situation. Freezing time on the membership will stop your membership payments during the freeze period. Once you resume any usage of Flow, the freeze will terminate. The time of any freeze will extend the Yearly Membership term by the amount of time of the freeze.
