    Flow Fitness Boutique, located in the heart of Riverview, FL. is more than just a women’s boutique gym. It is also an event venue that offers space for all types of events.

    Do you have a business, charitable, or personal purposes that you need a comfy venue for? Networking events, training seminars, fundraisers, and team-building exercises (just to name a few)? Then we have the space for you!

    Our facility can hold a range of group sizes depending on the set-up that you are interested in for your guests (Separate rooms and childcare are available) Unlike others, we do not upcharge for weekend events! Our passion is to provide your friends and family with comfort and provide you with affordable ease as you coordinate your event.

    • Private Use Rental (Less than 5 people): $25/hour
    • Group Rental (5+ people): $50/hour + $75 Cleaning Fee

  • Private Classes at Flow

    Looking for a fun & active event for team-building, parties, or just a fun day out? Flow now offers Private Classes of all kinds! Choose from any of our Flow 5 classes or even get a little wild with our exclusive, private Trapeze class!

    • $25/per person w/ a 5 person minimum
    • Includes a 45-minute class of your choosing
    • + an additional 45 min. of free time for a total of 1.5 hrs
    • You’re welcome to BYO snacks & drinks
    • We’ll take care of clean-up 🙂
    • $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your time
    • Remainder due at time of event
